Guarantee

Weeds, Inc. guarantees, unless otherwise specified, a practical weed control program.  This means that isolated weeds may appear throughout the growing season, but will create no maintenance problem or fire hazard.  All work will be done to your complete satisfaction.  Should we fail to achieve this degree of control, we will re-treat as required without further charge.  This guarantee will afford you protection until November 1, of each program year.

INSURANCE - We are fully insured with coverage that meet most industry standards.  Please let us know if you require coverage above these limits so arrangement can be made.  A certificate of insurance is available at the request of the customer.

INVOICING & TERMS OF PAYMENT - Our terms are Net 30 but since not every company is the same,  Pro-rated billing is not uncommon on large contracts and is often on a monthly or quarterly basis.  All invoices not paid in accordance with contract terms will be subject to late payment service charge of 18% per annum (1.5%) per month) or the maximum rate allowed by applicable law.
